# Your Home Screen

The client home screen is your dashboard for everything fitness.

## What you'll see

* **Trainer info** — avatar and name at the top
* **Current routine** — your active program with progress percentage and session list
* **Upcoming sessions** — horizontal scroll of next sessions
* **Quick actions** — Start workout, view program, browse templates

## No routine yet?

If your trainer hasn't assigned a program yet, you'll see a "No Routine Assigned" state with options to:

* **Quick Start** — start an empty workout
* **Templates** — browse and use template workouts
