# Live Workout

## Starting a workout

You can start a workout from:

* Home screen → tap **Start** on the next session
* Program view → tap **Start**
* Upcoming session card

## During the workout

* Exercise list with current exercise highlighted
* Log sets: weight, reps, RPE, tempo
* Rest timer between sets
* Coaching cues from your trainer (blue bubble)
* YouTube demo video button
* Progress indicator: set N of M

## Mini player

Minimize your workout to a floating bar at the bottom of the screen for quick access. Tap to expand back to full view.

## Session modes

When switching between Personal and Trainer mode, any active session will be cleared.
