# Client Quickstart

> **Prerequisites:** Download the Ziro Fit app from the App Store.

## 1. Accept your trainer's invitation

When your trainer sends you an invitation, you'll receive an email or text with a link. Tap it to open the app and automatically connect.

If the app isn't installed, you'll be taken to the App Store first — the connection happens automatically after install.

## 2. Explore your home screen

Your home screen shows:

* Your trainer's info (avatar, name)
* Your current program (if assigned)
* Upcoming sessions
* Quick stats and notifications

## 3. Start a workout

Tap **Start** on your next session. During the workout you can:

* Log sets, reps, and weights
* Use the rest timer between sets
* View coaching cues from your trainer
* Watch demo videos for each exercise
* Minimize the session to a floating player

## 4. Track your progress

View your workout history, volume trends, and completion rate from the **Analytics** tab. Your trainer can see your progress too.

## 5. Sync with your calendar

Add sessions to your iOS Calendar with one tap for reminders and widget support.
