# Calendar Overview

The trainer calendar is your command center for session scheduling.

## Views

* **Date strip** — horizontal scroll with client avatars
* **Agenda view** — vertical list of sessions by day
* **Month view** — traditional grid layout
* **Filters** — by client, session type, or status

## Session lifecycle

| Status                 | Appearance                               |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Planned** (upcoming) | Green strip, client avatar visible       |
| **In progress**        | Active state while client is working out |
| **Completed**          | Gray strip, client avatar visible        |
| **Cancelled**          | Red strip                                |
