## Metrics

| Metric             | Description                               |

| Completion Rate    | Percentage of sessions completed (0–100%) |
| Total Sessions     | All sessions in the program               |
| Completed Sessions | Sessions marked complete                  |
| Active Clients     | Number of clients currently assigned      |
| Target Frequency   | Session frequency (e.g., "3x / week")     |
| Average Progress   | Average completion across all clients     |
