# Scheduling Sessions

## Create a session

Tap the **+** button on the calendar and fill in:

* Client
* Session name and type (PT, Group, Online, etc.)
* Date and time
* Location
* Notes
* Meeting link (for online sessions)
* Optional: link to a template

The session appears in the calendar immediately and the client receives a notification.
