Get connected to your trainer and start your first workout

Prerequisites: Download the Ziro Fit app from the App Store.


1. Accept your trainer’s invitation

When your trainer sends you an invitation, you’ll receive an email or text with a link. Tap it to open the app and automatically connect.

If the app isn’t installed, you’ll be taken to the App Store first — the connection happens automatically after install.

2. Explore your home screen

Your home screen shows:

  • Your trainer’s info (avatar, name)
  • Your current program (if assigned)
  • Upcoming sessions
  • Quick stats and notifications

3. Start a workout

Tap Start on your next session. During the workout you can:

  • Log sets, reps, and weights
  • Use the rest timer between sets
  • View coaching cues from your trainer
  • Watch demo videos for each exercise
  • Minimize the session to a floating player

4. Track your progress

View your workout history, volume trends, and completion rate from the Analytics tab. Your trainer can see your progress too.

5. Sync with your calendar

Add sessions to your iOS Calendar with one tap for reminders and widget support.
