Connecting to a Trainer

Via invitation

When your trainer invites you, you’ll receive an email or text with a deep link. Tap it to:

1. Open the app (or go to App Store first if not installed)
2. Auto-link to your trainer
3. See a welcome screen: “You’re connected with Trainer [Name]!”

Self-registration (future)

In the future, you’ll be able to sign up independently, browse trainers, and send connection requests.
