Starting a workout

You can start a workout from:

  • Home screen → tap Start on the next session
  • Program view → tap Start
  • Upcoming session card

During the workout

  • Exercise list with current exercise highlighted
  • Log sets: weight, reps, RPE, tempo
  • Rest timer between sets
  • Coaching cues from your trainer (blue bubble)
  • YouTube demo video button
  • Progress indicator: set N of M

Mini player

Minimize your workout to a floating bar at the bottom of the screen for quick access. Tap to expand back to full view.

Session modes

When switching between Personal and Trainer mode, any active session will be cleared.
